Yoga Group Photo Yoga


On a Wednesday evening, once we have cleared up (usually around 7:45) We have a wonderful yoga session led by Telford Yoga Instructor Gill Littleford. Gill tailors this session to compliment the program we have completed during the week. By stretching the muscles that have been worked, this class helps to minimise DOMS (muscle soreness) and promote recovery and muscle repair. Yoga is a valuable part of the weeks training; we are usually finished by about 8:15. Yoga is free to members and £2 to non-members.
